You can do many things like running, swimming, dancing and lifting weights. Yoga is another way we can increase our strength. Yoga is great for flexibility and improving breathing. We should avoid junk food and drink lots of water if we are trying to lose weight.

Finally, we talked about sleep. Sleep is the most important thing we do each and every day. If we don’t get enough sleep, our bodies can become fatigued and stressed. This can lead us to many problems such as anxiety, back pains, depression, heart disease or diabetes, and even obesity. It is essential that we get sufficient sleep in order to keep our health good.
